These terms govern access to the Swarnkar Samaj community, matrimonial and social-census services. By creating an account, you agree to follow them.

ये शर्तें स्वर्णकार समाज community, matrimonial और social-census services के उपयोग को नियंत्रित करती हैं। Account बनाकर आप इनका पालन करने के लिए सहमत होते हैं।

Eligibility and account responsibility / पात्रता और account की जिम्मेदारी

Matrimonial members must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of using the service. You must provide accurate information, protect your password and notify an administrator if you suspect unauthorized access.

Matrimonial members की आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष और service उपयोग करने की कानूनी क्षमता होनी चाहिए। आपको सही जानकारी देनी, password सुरक्षित रखना और unauthorized access का संदेह होने पर administrator को बताना होगा।

Community approval and verification / Community approval और verification

Community approval confirms administrative acceptance into the platform; it is not a guarantee of identity, background, character, compatibility or marriage suitability. Identity verification reflects only the review method stated on the profile.

Community approval केवल platform में administrative acceptance की पुष्टि करता है; यह identity, background, character, compatibility या विवाह suitability की guarantee नहीं है। Identity verification profile पर बताए गए review method को ही दर्शाता है।

Acceptable use / स्वीकार्य उपयोग

Do not impersonate another person or provide misleading profile information.
Do not harass, threaten, scam, spam or upload unlawful or inappropriate content.
Do not scrape profiles, share restricted photos or contact information, or bypass privacy controls.
Use reports and safety tools honestly and only for legitimate concerns.

किसी अन्य व्यक्ति का रूप धारण न करें और misleading profile information न दें।
Harass, threaten, scam, spam या unlawful/inappropriate content upload न करें।
Profiles scrape न करें, restricted photos/contact information share न करें और privacy controls bypass न करें।
Reports और safety tools का उपयोग ईमानदारी से legitimate concerns के लिए करें।

Member interactions / सदस्यों के बीच बातचीत

You are responsible for evaluating matches and taking reasonable precautions before sharing information, transferring money or meeting anyone. The platform does not arrange, endorse or guarantee a relationship.

Matches का मूल्यांकन और information share करने, money transfer करने या मिलने से पहले reasonable precautions लेना आपकी जिम्मेदारी है। Platform किसी relationship को arrange, endorse या guarantee नहीं करता।

Moderation / Moderation

Administrators may review reports, issue warnings, restrict visibility, block access or preserve safety records when reasonably necessary to protect members and the service. Decisions may be reviewed when you contact the community administrator.

Members की सुरक्षा और service protection के लिए administrators reports review कर सकते हैं, warnings दे सकते हैं, visibility restrict कर सकते हैं, access block कर सकते हैं या safety records रख सकते हैं। Community administrator से संपर्क करने पर decisions review किए जा सकते हैं।

Your content / आपकी सामग्री

You retain responsibility for content you submit and authorize the platform to process it only as needed to operate the service and honor your visibility settings. You must have the right to upload every photo and document you provide.

आपके द्वारा submit की गई content की जिम्मेदारी आपकी है। आप platform को इसे केवल service चलाने और visibility settings का सम्मान करने के लिए process करने की अनुमति देते हैं। आपके द्वारा दी गई हर photo और document upload करने का अधिकार आपके पास होना चाहिए।

Account deletion / Account deletion

Deletion immediately disables access and hides the profile. Personal information is scheduled for anonymization after the stated retention window; limited pseudonymous safety records may remain for the period described in the Privacy Policy.

Service availability / Service availability

The service may change, experience downtime or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or successful matchmaking.

Service बदल सकती है, downtime हो सकता है या features बंद हो सकते हैं। लागू कानून की सीमा तक service uninterrupted availability या successful matchmaking की guarantee के बिना दी जाती है।

Changes and contact / बदलाव और संपर्क

A new version will be published when these terms change. Contact the community administrator through the contact information shown on the platform if you have questions or need account assistance.

Terms बदलने पर नया version प्रकाशित किया जाएगा। Questions या account सहायता के लिए platform पर दी गई contact information से community administrator से संपर्क करें।
